Founded by the Kirby and Burton family, Dusty Ducks Baseball Club was created with one simple goal: to provide young athletes with an opportunity to develop as players, teammates, and people through the game of baseball.

Our organization is built on decades of experience and passion for the game at every level. From Little League diamonds to high school competition and the college ranks, our founders have spent countless years playing, coaching, mentoring, and supporting athletes throughout their baseball journeys.
